The CMARA Officers


Position Name
President The President shall preside at all meetings of the members and of the Board of Directors. He shall enforce all the rules, by-laws and regulations of the organization and shall have direct supervision of the various activities of the corporation, including the appointment of all necessary committees. Vice-President In the absence of the President, the Vice- President shall assume all powers of the President and perform all duties of the President during such absence. Brian Loverro, K1BML
Secretary The secretary shall conduct all official correspondence of the organization consigned to him by the President and have the care and custody of all records and documents of the corporation. He shall keep a record of all meetings of the members of the organization and of the Board of Directors and shall perform such other duties as shall be assigned to him by the President or the Board of Directors. Treasurer The Treasurer shall have the care and custody of all the funds of the corporation and shall deposit same in such bank as may be designated by the Board of Directors within ten (10) days after receipt of said funds. He, together with the President, shall sign all checks, drafts or orders for the payment of debts of the corporation and shall make all payments authorized or approved by the Board of Directors and shall keep all vouchers and receipts of all such payments. He shall submit accurate reports of all financial transactions of the organization at each regular meeting or whenever called upon to do so by the President or Board of Directors, and he shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him.
